No! Since we operate and sell exclusively within the UK, there are no import fees.

Ordering

No, we do not offer a pick-up service.

Please email us at info@sakusuperstore.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation/Change" as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether your order has already been processed or dispatched.

Before dispatch – Yes! Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll update it for you.

After dispatch – Unfortunately, we cannot change the address. However, you can use the Royal Mail app to request collection from a post office or delivery to a nominated safe place. Feel free to contact us for further assistance.

No, promo codes cannot be stacked.

No, promotional codes cannot be applied to already discounted products, including bundles.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, as long as:

  • You notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The items are unopened and in their original condition.
  • Opened items, including skincare products with broken safety seals, are not eligible for a refund.

If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover the return costs.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We aim to process refunds within 3-4 working days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets our refund criteria.
